About Me

I qualified as a Coach in 2005 with an Advanced Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy. Since then I have built up an extensive client base and have hundreds of hours of Career and Confidence coaching experience under my belt.

When my son, Alexander, was born in 2006 I realised how wonderful - and challenging - motherhood is. Nothing could have prepared me for the physical and emotional changes that a little bundle of joy brings!

Since becoming a Mum, I have realised how passionate I am about helping other Mums feel more confident and fulfilled, so Inspired Mums was born.

I have personal experience of making significant career change, having left a high pressure commercial role to become self-employed so that my work could fit around my family commitments, rather than the other way round.

My supportive approach is goal and action-oriented, with the focus always being on moving you forward and motivating you to achieve results.

I have undertaken additional training courses in Career, Confidence, Team and Parent Coaching and I am qualified in DISC personality profiling.
