‘I found the process of life coaching to be very insightful, interesting and useful. Fiona was the perfect guide. She asked me to carefully examine my life in all the areas important to me which helped to identify the exact difficulties and how they directly affected each other. Each session was focussed to concentrate on the aims I had set out and at each session these aims were reiterated. Specific and achievable goals were set, and each week these were discussed.
