I am passionate about helping others enjoy their work and fulfil their potential.  I spent 10 years working in commercial roles within large organisations, and then decided that I wanted a complete career change - to something that played to my strengths and gave me more flexibility once I had a family.

I love helping my clients find out what what motivates them, what their key strengths are and helping them to overcome barriers that hold them back. I decided to become a coach because I have a deep interest in helping people lead a better life and in particular people who have low confidence in their own abilities.

Specialist areas of coaching: Career, Confidence, Stress Management, Team workshops, ECR Emotional Intelligence leadership skills development, DISC personality profiling

Style:  I have a warm, relaxed style and enjoy building relationships with people from all walks of life. I ensure that every client reaches their full potential by helping them define what they want to achieve, and then breaking their goals down into manageable chunks.  Previous clients have said that I am professional, focussed, empathetic and approachable.

Experience: My previous work includes hundreds of hours of private 1-2-1 career and confidence coaching. I have coaching and delivered workshops for many corporate clients including Virgin Media, The British Film Institute, Cadbury, General Mills UK, Instinet, Dyson and Wickes.

In the Press: I am a regular contributor of blogs and expert advice to lifestyle websites Working Mums, Talented Ladies Club, The Little Book, Chiltern Chatter, Female First and BritMums. I have also had articles published in a range of Families magazines, Mother and Baby magazine and Raring2Go.

I spent 12 years working in sales and marketing for Unilever and my experience includes leading the marketing strategy for a brand with over £100m turnover. I have vast experience of managing large teams of people both directly and cross-functionally. This given me an invaluable understanding of how to influence and inspire people at all levels.

I decided to retrain as a coach once I become a mother to two boys and having experienced coaching personally and realising the huge impact it can make on people's lives. I am passionate about helping others feel more confident and fulfilled at work.

Specialist areas of coaching: Career, Confidence, Work-life balance, Small business, Marketing

Style: I am a passionate and results-oriented coach. I like to help people get clarity on what they want to achieve and helps them understand what's holding them back. I then work with them to devise a plan on how to achieve their goals as easily and quickly as possible. My style has been described by clients as intuitive, practical and supportive.

Experience: I have many hours of coaching experience with clients ranging from individuals who want a change of career - but don't know where to start - through to coaching teams in a large organisation to achieve great results. I have also helped to mentor small businesses to devise and implement effective marketing plans.

I love coaching as it is so rewarding so see individuals take control of a specific area of their life, make meaningful changes, and then benefit from the results. I have worked with clients to help improve their confidence which has resulted in career change or returning to work after a career break.

Before coaching I spent over ten years in a variety of International Human Resources roles in both the private and public sector supporting managers in all aspects of HR and delivering training.

Experience: I have worked with a wide variety of clients including The London Borough of Ealing, The London Borough of Hillingdon, Homestart Ealing, Contact a Family, The JGA Group, Womens Refuges, Working Links, Children's Centres and schools.
